She will connect you with the Certified Personal Trainer best for you depending on whether you would like Private, Duo, Trio, or Group Training. We try and accommodate your schedule for work, kids, and life! Every Trainer is Certified, but we also go through a stringent process of making sure that all trainers know how to work with Peri Menopause, Menopause, Post Menopause, and all types of Injuries. All of us specialize in intuitive, creative, and specificity for our clients. Please reach out whether you want to lose body fat, heal an injury, or want to get strong or more.
How it Works for Personal Training Classes.
Below are classes that are open to the public, but you will still need to text 808-494-9504 in order to connect with the Trainer and reserve your spot! Drop-ins are welcome, however, if you haven't reserved a spot, we can't guarantee that it hasn't been cancelled.
Private Session - One Person
