PILATES

PILATES REFORMER
Ideal for any fitness level, the Pilates Reformer machine offers benefits such as overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. These things, in turn, lead to daily life improvements like better posture, graceful and efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain. Expect flatter abs, stronger backs, toned buttocks, and firmer thighs from this workout.
PILATES WUNDA CHAIR
A smaller, more challenging piece of equipment then the Reformer, it is great for targeting imbalances, improving general fitness and enhancing athletic performance. This is a more advanced class and previous Pilates experience is advised. Limited space.
Infrared Pilates Fusion
An Infrared Heated Pilates Sculpt Class to tone and sculpt the entire body with a focus on the core muscles. The Infrared Heat can improve your mood, reduce blood pressure, boost your metabolism and burn more calories.
PILATES MAT
A series of exercises done without a machine, to strengthen the core and stretch the body. It improves posture, balance and flexibility. It corporates the Pilates Magic Circle, stretch bands, foam rollers and stability balls, all to add support, challenge and variety.
PILATES CIRCUIT
This class utilizes both the Reformer, Wunda Chair, and Mat with various props for an advanced core experience. Improve deep core strength, balance and athletic performance. Previous Pilates experience is advised.

PRIVATE SESSIONS
Private sessions are an invaluable part of the Pilates experience! You cannot get the same experience in a class. Private sessions keep the full attention on you, causing you to really work deeper and more strategically. This allows you to make more efficient corrections in your unique body, alignment, and strength!
