Abby Paterson
Having taught yoga for over 10 years, Abby's classes are a spirited reflection of her training in heated power vinyasa, yin + restorative, iRest Yoga Nidra, and trauma-informed adaptive yoga. Her knowledge of the body is bolstered by her LMT and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and is informed by her own experience in collegiate athletics. Through teaching private sessions, group classes, retreats, and teacher training, Abby has taught thousands of hours of yoga + meditation to a wide range of students. From beginners and expecting mothers, to special ops military and elite athletes, she finds great joy in creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
