I have been in the fitness and medical industry since 1983. Graduated from College in 1988 with a B.A. in Health and Physical Education, Emphasis in Physical Therapy.
I enjoy working with a variety of students. I have fun creating classes that fuse using a variety of formats keeping the classes interesting.
I also can help custom and design individual programs for new clients. I have been practicing as a personal trainer and group instructor for a decade.
My passion is designing classes and fusing together formats and flowing with a full body workout . I have designed and implemented Barre/ Spinning, Spirit in Motion,Stretch and Meditation. Pilates Mat, Pilates on the Ball, Silver Sneakers, Over Fifty and Fit, Mamma & Me Fitness, Yo Pi Ball, Barre Fitness, Drum Fitness, Pound, High and Low Impact, Kickboxing, Step aerobics, Circuit training, Zumba, Funky Fitness, Hula Hoop Fitness , Reformer 1,2,3 Wanda chair , Tower classes etc. Body sculpting, Boot Camp, Pilates Post - rehabilitation & post-cardiovascular classes.
