Tessa's goal has always been to find trainers that specialize in developing core and glutes for a body that is about longevity. Tessa created "Point Training" which focuses on making sure that we connect with every individual muscle before diving into a routine that will inevitably lead to injury. This type of training insures that we work smarter not harder. 

 

Lifting weights has proven to increase bone density, encourage brain activity, and challenge balance. However, we create routines with just enough cardio to balance hormones--which is greatly important for everyone, but especially women after the age of 35. 

 

The typical gym environment can be overwhelming or uncomfortable to some who prefer a more private setting. The Fit Xchange was designed with these people in mind.  With many smaller fitness spaces, The Fit Xchange allows you to train one-on-one with your trainer in totally private setting.

Our trainers offer private, semi-private, and private trio sessions.
