Low Impact Burn (otherwise known as Full Body Burn) - A small muscle movement class that uses no weights higher than 3 lbs. and focuses primarily on all of the small accessory muscles for a more toned and tight appearance. Specializing in long and lean muscles for booty, abs, and arms.

Class is held upstairs in the studio, one hour every Tuesday from 7:30am-8:30am
