Full Body Burn

Low Impact Burn (otherwise known as Full Body Burn) - A small muscle movement class that uses no weights higher than 3 lbs. and focuses primarily on all of the small accessory muscles for a more toned and tight appearance.  Specializing in long and lean muscles for booty, abs, and arms.

NEW 8 WEEK SESSION STARTS JUNE 4, 2019 - July 23, 2019

Class is held upstairs in the studio, one hour every Tuesday from 7:30am-8:30am

$95 Full Payment to be made first day of class by Cash or Personal Check.
