Barre Fitness - This fitness class will build leg strength, deliver greater flexibility, and improve your posture, by sculpting, tightening and chiseling your muscles.  Uses a ballet barre, light hand weights and a playground ball, incorporating moves from ballet, pilates and yoga.  Class is 55 minutes. Drop-ins welcome.
