High Intensity Inteval Training Class

Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 11am


This is a class focusing mostly on cardio and strength training.  High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is an intense cardio workout designed to tone and build stamina.  


Wednesday @ 6am

$10/ Class

This class is geared towards Weight Training, Cardio, and Plyometrics. Those who are looking to build muscle tone, stamina, and overall fitness should join.
